Role Overview: As a Spotlight Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to efficiently manage daily operations, drive sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer service. If you possess the same drive and determination that fueled Spotlight's evolution into a global retailer, you'll feel right at home in our team.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations effectively.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs for your department.
  • Cultivating a high-performing department team focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations.
  • Efficiently managing high-volume stock levels and ensuring merchandising meets business standards.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Conducting high-volume stocktakes and implementing stock integrity measures.

What We're Looking for From You:

  • Essential retail management experience.
  • Preferably experience in high-volume or big-box stock management.
  • Demonstrated leadership with an owner's mindset.
  • A passion for inspiring teams to exceed goals.
  • Experience in development and performance planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • First Aid certification or a willingness to undergo training at our expense.
