The Role As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailer
Strong business acumen & P&L exposure
Ability to empower & mentor team into future leaders
Performance management experience
High volume stock management skills
The Ideal Candidate
Retail Store Management experience- Essential
High Volume stock management, working with 8+ palettes per day
Strong ability to lead with vision and growth
A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
Experience in building talent & performance plans
A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
