 You will:

  • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Expertly match our products and services to client's needs.
  • Demonstrate our unique Value Proposition
  • Provide high- level client service and stakeholder management
  • Driving sales, KPIs and building strong client relationships/communication.
  • Be ready to meet business needs eg agile schedules, attend meeting and training as needed.

Must haves:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Capacity to work every second weekend in Bathurst
  • IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows based programs.
  • Drive within canvassing area/s and meet the needs of clients outside of assigned area/s
  • 2-5 years retail selling experience – Home Décor and/or Furnishings preferred
  • Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous  
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

3. Attend An Interview

If your application has been successful, we will ask you to take part in one or more of the following:
  • phone interview
  • face-to-face interview
  • group interview.

4. Reference & Police Check

As part of the screening process, we will obtain your consent to complete two work-related reference checks and, for roles that require one, a police check.

5. Job Offer

Congratulations! If you have been successful, you will be able to accept your letter of offer online together with an employment pack containing information on Spotlight and your responsibilities and entitlements.
