What do you need for Success?
5+ years’ experience in a multi-site, Regional or Area Manager role with 6+ stores.
Mentoring and building strong talent pipelines through effective coaching, performance management and driving goals.
Must have demonstrated success in achieving sales, KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyse sales trends and patterns within your region
Strong operational and business acumen skill set, working with volume stock control, merchandising and high-level reporting.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability and experience with working and managing rosters, cost control, and forecasting.
Driving passionate leadership and attitude in all areas of the business
General Duties:
Mentor and lead a region of 13 stores, leaders and teams in all areas.
Drive customer service strategies to improve store performance and facilitate the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and maximise Net profit
Maximise return from promotional activities by ensuring planning and compliance
Report on regional financial and operational performance, identifying and actioning significant budget variations or issues
Monitor store stock management, including margin management, stock levels, turnover, and shrinkage.
Oversee and provide direction on staffing levels to achieve business outcomes
Provide leadership, support and direction for the overall management of stores, including overseeing the effective utilisation of assets and resources.
Champion a strong culture of safety, compliance and risk management, ensuring incidents, hazards and unsafe practices are identified and addressed promptly
