What You’ll Do
• Onsite Merchandising: Optimise product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs), and site navigation to ensure a seamless, high-converting customer journey for our Creative categories.
• Campaign & Trading Execution: Execute promotional campaigns, key trading events, and seasonal product launches across the website.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on core eCommerce metrics—including sales, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and gross margin—to identify trading trends.
• Data to Action: Review site search, traffic, and sales data to uncover quick wins, improve product discoverability, and drive commercial performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandise buyers, digital marketing, and UX/UI teams to align stock availability, promotions, and online presentation.
 
 
 
What We’re Looking For
• Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, or online category coordination.
• Digital & Technical Acumen: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Metric Mindset: Solid understanding of core eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, margin) and how to influence them.
• Action-Oriented: Ability to turn performance data into immediate, practical website improvements.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
