Spotlight Retail Group is currently looking for a proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic Shared Services marketing team based in South Melbourne.
Reporting to the Group Social Media Manager, this role will be part of a team responsible for delivering best-practice social media marketing across paid social channels. You will contribute to the social implementation and success for all brands within the Spotlight Group (Spotlight AU, NZ, MY & SG, Anaconda, Harris Scarfe, Mountain Designs & Koo).
To be successful in this role, you will have an appetite to learn and be curious, strong attention to detail and a finger on the pulse in the world of social media.

What you will be doing
Implementation of paid social ads without errors
Coordinating all elements required to complete paid social ads aligning to a brief
Maintaining all relevant WIP and briefing documents
Managing your own workload working towards activity deadlines
Collaborating with other marketing and creative teams on the delivery of assets and copy as required
Participating in team brainstorms and creative thinking
Completing regular reports as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have and understanding of the Retail Industry,
Qualifications or previous experience in digital marketing is strongly desired but not essential.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with an understanding of retail principles is highly desirable
Proven experience prioritising tasks with multiple stakeholders
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyse data and discover potential trends
Creative thinking and persuasive copy writing is a huge plus
A keen interest in the social media space, cultural trends, digital marketing and the world of influencers and content
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An interest in content and testing what drives people (specialist)
