We are now seeking a highly organised and people-focused HR Administrator to support bulk retail store team member recruitment across our retail brands nationwide.

This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys pace, structure, and candidate interaction and is looking to build a career in HR or recruitment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • End-to-end administration for high-volume retail team member recruitment
  • Providing excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
  • Coordinating background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Generating employment contracts and recruitment documentation
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new starters
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records
  • Liaising with store managers, payroll, and internal HR stakeholders

 

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for candidate experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills 
  • Exposure to recruitment, HR administration, or retail environments (preferred)
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
