Spotlight Group Holdings (SGH), Australia's iconic retail powerhouse (think Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs & Harris Scarfe!), is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive planning and operations processes across the brand marketing team and support our local area marketing initiatives.
You'll orchestrate operational excellence, mentor a talented team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales.

The Impact You'll Make
As the Marketing Lead, you will be the engine ensuring our campaigns are executed flawlessly and on budget.
Strategic Planning & Finance: Develop and execute the comprehensive, rolling 12-month Marketing Trade Plan, including essential media planning. Your understanding of numbers will be key to campaign effectiveness.
Operational Leadership: Develop and lead continuous process improvement for the brand marketing team to ensure operational excellence and timely delivery of materials.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Mentor a talented team of 2 Marketing Coordinators and collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve marketing goals.
Local Initiatives: Manage new store openings and support critical local area marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and possesses a strong focus on execution and measurable results.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and/or project management, with a passion for marketing operations and process.
Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to deliver large-scale marketing plans and campaigns (including media planning), demonstrating an understanding of commercial budgets and campaign numbers.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Bonus Skills: Prior experience with Google Analytics is desirable, agency experience is beneficial.
