Spotlight Group is on the hunt for a results-driven Retail Operations Project Manager to join our brand-new, high-impact team. You'll be at the forefront of strategic and operational projects across our retail network, ensuring every initiative enhances store performance, elevates the customer experience, and drives operational excellence.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, managing scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 6, developing their skills in visual merchandising and store project management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across our stores.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and store formats.
  • Act as the key liaison between head office and store teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to evaluate project impact and ROI.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure project success.

 

 

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll be a proactive leader with a passion for retail. You'll possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a project management role.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • A strong understanding of retail store operations and the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel interstate for projects.
