This brand-new role puts you at the heart of getting everything our new stores need, exactly when they need it. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex logistical puzzles across international and domestic transport, we want to hear from you!

Your core mission is to ensure on-time, in-full delivery compliant with all import requirements, directly supporting our new store launch timelines. You'll be the vital link connecting overseas suppliers, freight providers, customs brokers, and our internal store development teams.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules to align with store build timelines.
  • Communicate proactively with vendors and internal stakeholders on shipment status.
  • Maintain accurate shipment data in logistics systems (tracking, costs, POD).
  • Support continuous improvement in logistics planning.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination (retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Proven experience coordinating deliveries to store locations as part of project timelines, comfortable with both international and domestic transport.
  • Strong understanding of customs, import processes, Incoterms, and global freight operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Bonus Points For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Experience with retail new store or refurbishment projects.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems (SAP, Cargo Wise, TMS).
  • Understanding of Asia-Pacific trade lanes and consolidation processes.
