Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations  
  • Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
  • Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
  • Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example in all areas
  • High volume stock management
  • Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
  • Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
  • Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong retail leadership experience preferred
  • Time management skills
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
  • Having an owner's mindset for your department
  • A passionate attitude that inspires your Team 
  • A resilient & innovative problem solver 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • IT competency
  • First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
