Spotlight Retail Group, Australia's largest privately-owned and operated family retail business, is seeking an Ecommerce Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic eCommerce team in South Melbourne.
This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact by managing the complete lifecycle of supplier onboarding, product enrichment, and go-live across our iconic brands: Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe

What You'll Be Doing
Supplier Onboarding & Training: Guide and train suppliers through the entire onboarding process, providing expert assistance with internal tools (SAP, MIRAKL, Excel) and troubleshooting.
Product Data Enrichment: Ensure product information is impeccable, meeting our guidelines, SEO requirements, and platform taxonomy for optimal visibility.
Go-Live Management: Orchestrate the final stages of onboarding, ensuring products are accurately listed and launched on our websites on schedule.
Supplier Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, proactively resolving issues, answering queries, and offering ongoing support.
About You
Any experience in eCommerce, product management, merchandise, or supplier onboarding is highly desirable.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
