Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our high-energy team! You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand and driving sales online and in store across multiple platforms.

Reporting to the Group Social Media Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering best-practice social media marketing across paid social channels for all SRG brands.

We are looking for personable, influential creatives with a desire to build their career while coaching and mentoring their own team of subject matter experts. Sound like your kind of challenge?

 

 

What you will be doing

  • Plan paid social media campaigns across platforms
  • Hands on building of ads in platform
  • Oversee the workload and output of your social media team
  • Provide best practise direction on social campaign strategy and content
  • Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams on the delivery of social campaigns
  • Deliver weekly reporting and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Drive impact and ROI through data-driven insights

 

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have and understanding of the Retail Industry, Meta Ads Manager experience and the ability to educate and influence your team.

  • Proven experience implementing paid social media campaigns in an agency or client environment
  • High level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager; specifically building and optimizing paid social ads. Pinterest and TikTok ads manager experience would also be helpful
  • Experience and knowledge within the broader social space
  • Ability to articulate best practice social strategies with Coordinators and other marketing teams; collaborate and problem solve
  • A genuine interest in social media, cultural trends, digital marketing and the influencer world
