Strong Retail Management experience- required
Time management skills
Visual merchandising skills
Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace

Strong verbal and written communication skills
IT competency
First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)
Department Team Leader Responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
Monitor daily stock recovery within your department
Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
Lead by example in all areas of the business
Lead high volume stock management
Daily recovery & replenishment of stock
Driving store presentation and visual Merchandising
Launching and executing catalogue campaigns
Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
