The Role
As a Spotlight Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving store success through:
Leading and inspiring a large-format store team with your strong leadership background
Demonstrating exceptional business acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
Mentoring and developing future leaders while building a strong talent pipeline
Managing high-volume stock flow with precision and efficiency
Overseeing store presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional execution
Driving store goals, vision, and targets with a results-focused mindset
Leveraging product knowledge to enhance customer experience and service excellence
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven leader with:
A strong retail management background – essential
Experience handling high-volume stock (15+ pallets per day)
The ability to lead and motivate a large team of 30+
A passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve and exceed goals
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management
Excellent communication and proficiency in computer systems
First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one at our expense)
