Spotlight Retail Group's Analytics & Insight Team delivers key data and insights to Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe. They drive customer understanding, enable agile testing, and ensure high performance through collaborative, value-driven support.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Analyst who can leverage data to optimise marketing performance across Spotlight, Anaconda, and Harris Scarfe.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Lead projects requiring customer data, advanced analytics (AI/ML), BI reporting, and market research to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Post-Campaign Mastery: Develop, monitor, and refine post-campaign analysis capabilities, providing clear, impactful insights.
  • Analytics Empowerment: Facilitate business adoption of analytics tools through training and documentation.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to build and enhance the analytical environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a test-and-learn culture, presenting actionable insights and serving as a trusted advisor.

 

 

About You

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a numerate field with 5+ years of retail marketing/CRM analysis experience.
  • Expertise in interpreting complex data, campaign management tools, and post-campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau) and awareness of advanced analytics techniques.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer personalization and outcome-focused results.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
  • A can-do attitude, and a passion for data.
