What You Will Be Doing
Working within our Made to Measure Window Furnishing department, you will be supporting our instore consultants to follow through the lifecycle of the customer's window furnishing journey.
Based in an office environment, you will be also completing the following:
Handle Inbound Customer, Store & Consultant Inquiries
Manage and resolve customer inquiries within their first contact
Outbound calling to customers who are within the Made to Measure Window Furnishings life cycle
Action email correspondence and admin activities as directed by Team Leader
Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to
About You:
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Must have strong ability to negotiate and find resolutions when facing challenges
Be proactive in clarification of information and be able stay calm under pressure
Previous experience within a high volume call centre is highly regarded
You must possess an excellent phone manner with confidence
Be able to work in a full time role, however we have weekend days available too for you to be able to change up your work week

You will be offered a Permanent Full Time role, paid under the current award rate, Private Clerks Award Level 3.
