Support the Management Team: in overseeing the entire store, daily operations, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes across your department whilst supporting other managers and departments.
Drive Sales Growth: by achieving and exceeding KPI targets in your department and smashing sales goals.
Lead Your Team: to deliver outstanding customer service, modelling our values.
Manage High-Volume Stock: efficiently maintaining inventory integrity and managing stocktakes.
Execute Merchandising Plans: to align with business standards and launch catalogue campaigns effectively with ticketing and setups
Recruit & Train Team: to build a high-performing department that aligns with our culture and goals
Problem-Solve & Innovate: with resilience and a time-management mindset to address challenges proactively.
What We’re Looking for in You:
Retail Management Experience is essential
High-Volume Stock Management- is highly preferred
Individual Leadership Style - bring your skills and leadership experience to lead & inspire your team.
Positive, Goal-Oriented Attitude- drive growth and talent pipelines within your department and store.
Strong Communication Skills- ability to lead and mentor effectively both written and verbal.
First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete training at our expense.)
Strong Computer Skills to manage inventory and all reporting tools.
Visual Merchandising- ability to work with planograms, promotional activates and stock rotation
Business Acumen- work with sales and stock reports daily to effectivity action change.
Full time availability across late nights & weekends. Full Working Rights within Australia. Most up-to-date resume and references.
