The Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in retail store management- essential
Experience in managing high-volume inbound stock 15+ palettes per day
Ability to lead a team of 40+
A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
Experience in creating and implementing development and performance plans
A resilient, problem-solving approach driven by innovation and time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems
First Aid certification, or a willingness to be trained at our expense
Availability across late night trade and alternative weekends
