Customer centric mindset
Instinct to drive retail sales. We value new ideas!
Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and inspire your team
Big box retail leadership experience (including visual merchandising)
Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes
Ability to contribute to a culture which is hands-on and collaborative
First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
