Strong retail management experience (preferred)

First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)

Team Leader responsibilities:
Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
Lead by example
High volume stock management
Visual Merchandising – design aesthetic
Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
Assist in recruitment and training and development functions
High volume stocktake
Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
