Your toolbox includes:

  • High Volume or Big Box stock management

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations  
  • Achieve sales growth and meet Furnishing department KPI targets
  • Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example
  • High volume stock management
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
  • Assist in recruitment and training and development functions 
  • High volume stocktake
  • Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
