The Role
As a Spotlight Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading a high-performing team in a big box, high-volume retail environment
Utilising your strong business acumen and P&L knowledge to drive success, KPI's and goals.
Mentoring and empowering your team to grow into future leaders
Managing performance and implementing development plans
Overseeing high-volume stock and inventory management
Implementing store promotions and all store visual merchandising
Lead by example in all areas of the business
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven retail management experience of 5+ years
A leadership style that demonstrates ownership and accountability
A passion for motivating teams to exceed goals
Experience with performance management and staff development
Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in computer systems
First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training, covered by us)
