The Role

As a Spotlight Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team in a big box, high-volume retail environment
  • Utilising your strong business acumen and P&L knowledge to drive success, KPI's and goals.
  • Mentoring and empowering your team to grow into future leaders
  • Managing performance and implementing development plans
  • Overseeing high-volume stock and inventory management
  • Implementing store promotions and all store visual merchandising 
  • Lead by example in all areas of the business 

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven retail management experience of 5+ years
  • A leadership style that demonstrates ownership and accountability
  • A passion for motivating teams to exceed goals
  • Experience with performance management and staff development
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training, covered by us)
