Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects across our Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that will have a significant impact on our business.

- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of multiple IT projects, from inception to completion.
- Scope and Planning: Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
- Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and deliver exceptional results.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in delivering successful IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Specific experience managing project delivery of online shopping websites.
- Ability to juggle multiple smaller projects concurrently and prioritise resources.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, O365, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
