- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business
- Achieve sales growth and meet department KPIs
- Prioritise customer experience

- High volume stock management

- Big box retail experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced Store
- Experience with high volume retail sales and stock management
- Leadership experience managing team of 10+
- First Aid certified (or trained at our expense)
