What your day might look like:

• Supporting the Store Manager to effectively manage daily operations throughout the business 
• Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department
• Build your team through succession planning and coaching
• Lead by example and communicate store expectations
• High volume stock management planning and implementation 
• Visual merchandising and promotional changes
• Launching catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set ups throughout your department 
• Assist in recruitment and inductions of new team
• Stocktake's and stock integrity initiatives to increase the profit of your department 

 What we’re looking for from you:

• Retail Management experience is a must 
• Having an owner's mindset in your leadership style 
• A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals 
• Experience in development and performance plans 
• Strong ability to lead and run volume stock deliveries
• A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills 
• First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
