The Role

As a Spotlight Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervise a team of up to 4 stock team members.
  • Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock receiving process
  • Support the Store Manager with your stock experience and expertise.
  • Adhere to OH & S policies & procedures.
  • Provide high level of customer service to our customers

The Ideal Candidate

  • High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is required
  • Experience with supervising a small team  
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals  
  • Strong time management, delegation and follow up skills  
  • Experience within warehousing environments is also highly desired for this role
