About Us:
Spotlight Group Holdings (“SGH”) is looking to grow their talented, highly entrepreneurial team.

Comprising of the long term existing iconic brands in Spotlight, Anaconda and Mountain Designs, together with the exciting addition of Harris Scarfe, SRG is acknowledged as the market leaders within the Australian retail Space.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Retail Operations Project Manager, you will be looking after
- Managing the merchandise process for new stores
- Managing the merchandise process and pack down process of relocations
- Managing the merchandise process and delivery to each stage of renovations
- To provide advice and guidance to the store teams on merchandising decisions
- Controlling and managing forecasted budgets
- Evolving merchandise principles that support the delivery of business initiatives
- Develop strong working relationships with store teams, buying teams and shared services
- Work within allocated time frames
- Provide timely and accurate advice to stakeholders
- Add value to the business through innovation and improvement of existing processes
About You:
- Proven experience in Retail with understanding of how the customer shops
- Excellent communication and good time management skills
- A track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and strong influencing skills
- Proven ability to implement new processes to improve efficiencies & effectiveness
- Experienced with Stock management
- Passion and enthusiasm for merchandising and solutions orientated mindset
