As a Spotlight Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our success story. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities for growth, including:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
  • Driving sales growth and meeting KPI targets for your department
  • Building and leading a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional customer service
  • Managing high volume stock and ensuring stock integrity
  • Merchandising and executing catalogue campaigns effectively
  • Assisting in recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Demonstrating strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
  • Prioritizing innovation, problem-solving, and time management
  • Becoming First Aid certified, with training provided at our expense
