Your Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service, and drive department performance. You’ll manage high-volume stock, maintain visual merchandising standards, and execute catalogue campaigns. Your leadership will ensure stock integrity and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong retail leadership experience
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Physically capable of handling large stock volumes
  • Owner’s mindset and passion for inspiring teams
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • First Aid certified or willing to train (fully funded)
