What a day in the life may look like:
- Support the Management Team: in overseeing the entire store, and daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across your department whilst supporting other managers and departments.
- Drive Sales Growth: by achieving and exceeding KPI targets in your department and smashing sales goals.
- Lead Your Team: to deliver outstanding customer service, modelling our values through an inverted triangle leadership structure
- Manage High-Volume Stock: efficiently, maintaining inventory integrity and managing stocktake initiatives to boost profitability
- Execute Merchandising Plans: to align with business standards and launch catalogue campaigns effectively with ticketing and setups
- Recruit & Train Team: to build a high-performing department that aligns with our culture and goals
- Problem-Solve & Innovate: with resilience and a time-management mindset to address challenges proactively

What We’re Looking for in You:
- Retail Management Experience is essential
- Experience in High-Volume Stock Management- is highly preferred
- Owner’s Mindset - to lead your team with pride and responsibility
- Positive, Goal-Oriented Attitude- to inspire and motivate your team
- Strong Communication Skills- with the ability to lead and mentor effectively
- First Aid Certification (or willingness to complete training at our expense)
- Strong Computer Skills to manage inventory and reporting tools
- Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation- ability to work with planograms, promotional activates and stock rotation
- Business Acumen- work with sales and stock reports daily to effectivity action change
