As a Project Manager - Implementation at Spotlight Retail Group, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of new store projects, renovations, and relocations.
Your expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional retail experiences across our iconic brands, Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage multiple store projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Adhere to strict OH&S guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project progress.
- Provide support for fixture development and placement.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Onsite management of contractors
About You:
- Must have proven experience in project management, ideally within retail
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for retail and a drive for excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Energetic, intuitive, self-starting, good time manager and able to deal with ambiguity
