What you'll bring to the Spotlight family:

• A solid foundation with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Content Marketing.
• Deep social media literacy – you understand the nuances of each platform, spot emerging trends effortlessly, and aren't afraid to bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills that allow you to craft compelling narratives.
• Impeccable organization and attention to detail, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with ease.
• A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills – you're a natural team player!
• Bonus points for basic content editing skills in Canva and Capcut.
• Extra kudos if you have experience thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with social scheduling platforms and reporting tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, and Iconosquare is a definite plus.
• Crucially, you hold a valid Victorian Driver’s License.
