As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will:

  • Drive strong leadership within a big box/large format volume retailer.
  • Proficiency in business acumen and P&L management
  • Empowerment and mentorship of teams towards future leadership roles
  • Skillful performance management
  • Expertise in high-volume stock management
  • Support the entire presentation of store, working with seasonal changes and promotions. 
  • Ability to drive KPI's and sales targets 

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Prior experience in retail management, a non-negotiable requirement
  • Preferable experience in managing high-volume or big box stock
  • A contagious passion that motivates teams to surpass goals
  • Proficiency in devising and implementing development and performance plans
  • A resilient problem-solving mindset, driven by innovation and efficient time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Willingness to attain First Aid certification at our expense if not already certified
