As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will:
- Drive strong leadership within a big box/large format volume retailer.
- Proficiency in business acumen and P&L management
- Empowerment and mentorship of teams towards future leadership roles
- Skillful performance management
- Expertise in high-volume stock management
- Support the entire presentation of store, working with seasonal changes and promotions.
- Ability to drive KPI's and sales targets
We're seeking individuals with:
- Prior experience in retail management, a non-negotiable requirement
- Preferable experience in managing high-volume or big box stock
- A contagious passion that motivates teams to surpass goals
- Proficiency in devising and implementing development and performance plans
- A resilient problem-solving mindset, driven by innovation and efficient time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Willingness to attain First Aid certification at our expense if not already certified
