This Opportunity:

As a future Store Leader, you will play a critical role in driving store performance through strong team leadership, service excellence and operational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture
  • Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
  • Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results
  • Coaching future leaders and contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline
  • Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven retail management experience (essential)
  • Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
  • Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
  • A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
  • Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
