What You Will Be Doing:
This role is based around assisting the buyer in completing and executing long and short-term strategies, assisting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting and managing samples.

 

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Assist in developing and sourcing new products, including signing reviewing and approving artwork.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the department’s Master Data & ECommerce queries.
  • Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
  • Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.
  • Source inspiration for projects for catalogues.
  • Manage samples for marketing and maintain the sample archive.

 

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred).
  • Experience/Background within Buying Assistant roles.
  • A genuine interest in craft products and the creative industry.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, always looking to improve processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
