The Role

As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Extensive leadership experience within big box/large format volume retailer
  • Strong business acumen & P&L exposure
  • Ability to empower & mentor team into future leaders
  • Performance management experience
  • High volume stock management skills

The Ideal Candidate

  • Retail Management Experience is a must 
  • High Volume or Big Box stock volume management is preferred 
  • Having an Owner's Mindset in your leadership style 
  • A passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals 
  • Experience in Development and Performance plans 
  • A resilient problem solver who is driven to success by innovation and time management 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
